OBJECTIVE

The project aims to develop innovative, clean-label solutions that address the growing consumer demand for natural and healthy foods, while complying with regulatory standards and contributing to the sustainability of the dairy and food ingredients sector.

PROJECT EXPECTED RESULTS

  • Innovative formulations of natural food preservatives based on plant extracts, essential oils, and postbiotics with antimicrobial properties.
  • New dairy products (yogurt and spreadable types) with natural food preservatives.
